This week is a big one for WWE. The debut episode of Smackdown on FOX will be on Friday night. RAW this week is also being billed as the ‘Season Premiere’ by the USA Network and it is expected to be a big show.
We have a potential spoiler to pass your way for either RAW or Smackdown this week.
Last weekend, a video went viral of Goldberg and Dolph Ziggler. They ended up getting into an altercation while in Las Vegas.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, the expectation is that the confrontation between them is going to lead to something on WWE television. The logical place for that to happen is this week. Here is what Johnson wrote:
The expectation of those we’ve spoken to backstage is that the Bill Goldberg-Dolph Ziggler deal in Las Vegas is an angle to build to a Goldberg appearance, obviously. FOX makes a lot of sense, but WWE also has to give NBC Universal something. Perhaps Goldberg will be part of the Raw “season premiere.”
