RAW Viewership Numbers For The First Show Of 2017 (January 2nd)

The first RAW of 2017 featured the return of Bill Goldberg. Fans got to see a hard-hitting last man standing match between Braun Strowman and Sami Zayn. The show also saw Bayley become the number one contender for Charlotte’s RAW Women’s Championship. How was viewership for this week?

According to ShowBuzzDaily.com, the January 2nd episode of RAW drew 3.046 million viewers. This is up from last week’s show that drew 2.855 million viewers.

Here is the hourly breakdown for this weeks show:

  • Hour 1 – 3.042 million viewers.
  • Hour 2 – 3.159 million viewers.
  • Hour 3 – 2.939 million viewers.

Good news for WWE, breaking the 3 million mark for the first show of 2017. They are going to have to continue to put on solid shows if they want to keep their numbers around this!

Next weeks show should bring in some solid viewership numbers as the WWE announced that Shawn Michaels and the Undertaker would be appearing on the show.
