It was revealed on Monday Night RAW this week that Jason Jordan is the illegitimate son of Kurt Angle. This was Angle’s big secret that WWE had been teasing over the past several weeks on Smackdown Live. Now that the dust has settled, we can start looking into the future of this storyline.
According to a report from Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, we have some more details on the topic.
Their sources indicate that Jordan is in store for a solid midcard push on Monday Night RAW. The storyline between him and Angle will also be one of the central focuses of RAW over the next few months. The report mentions that the storyline will be ‘lengthy’.
As for American Alpha, it appears as if the tag team is finished for good. There are reportedly no plans to bring Chad Gable over to Monday Night RAW.
Hopefully this storyline is able to provide us with some entertainment because the response has been mixed so far on social media. Some love it and others were disappointed. Some were bummed that Gable was not revealed as the son or even that American Alpha is splitting up.
