According to a new report, the wait is over for fans that want to see the New Day on Smackdown!
PWInsider reports that the New Day will be on Smackdown Live this week.
Their return will be to promote the new special: “The New Day’s Fantastic Ride” that will be airing on the WWE Network. The special is a behind-the-scenes look at the New Day’s roles as hosts of Wrestlemania 33.
The team have been off television for the past several weeks as Kofi Kingston recovers from an ankle injury. It is unclear if Kofi is 100% right now, but Big E and Xavier Woods can do the heavy lifting in the ring for the time being.

We have to assume the New Day will be feuding with the Usos for the tag team titles. Regardless of what happens, their return will be a big boost for the Smackdown Live tag team division.
