Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com was recently a guest on the post-Survivor Series episode of the Taz Show, hosted by former WWE star Taz. During the appearance he spoke on all things Survivor Series, and what his reaction was to the event in Toronto.
Johnson mentioned on the show that he has been hearing a lot of rumblings that WWE wants to do AJ Styles vs the Undertaker at Wrestlemania 33. Nothing is set in stone but there has reportedly been a lot of talk behind-the-scenes about setting this one up. WWE brass really wants to see it.
The match would be billed as ‘The Phenom vs the Phenomenal One’.
I think it could be a pretty solid match. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Undertaker himself asked to work with AJ Styles after watching him this past year. AJ has made quite the impact since making his debut at the 2016 Royal Rumble, quickly climbing the ladder to become WWE World Champion.
AJ Styles has been asking for a match against Shawn Michaels at the 2017 Royal Rumble. Something tells me he wouldn’t mind settling for the Undertaker at Wrestlemania 33.

Taker vs Styles at Mania huh? why not have AJ Styles be the one to retire The Undertaker
Can we not have Undertaker confront Aj Styles but then Sting comes out to help his former Tna buddy. Setting up Sting vs Taker at WM33 then we see Taker vs Styles at SummerSlam.
That would be awesome
As long as AJ gets put over, Im all for it. Makes me wonder if AJ will still be champ or not.
