Rumor About A Heel Turn That Was Nixed Sunday At WWE Money In The Bank
As we saw at Money in the Bank on Sunday night, Natalya turned on her old friend Becky Lynch, turning heel in the process. This came as a surprise to many who didn’t see it coming. On RAW we saw Nattie take out Becky again, setting up a likely match at WWE Battleground next month.
According to a report from PWInsider Elite (subscription required but recommended), Natalya wasn’t the original person that was suppose to turn heel. Their report states that Becky Lynch was actually the one who was suppose to turn on Nattie. They didn’t mention why plans changed.

Interesting if true. Nattie’s heel turn did seem a bit random when it happened.
I am personally happy they didn’t turn Becky Lynch heel, considering she is one of the few pure babyfaces on the main roster right now. I am guessing Nattie’s heel turn could be making room for a potential Bayley call up soon for the WWE Draft???
