In less than 24 hours, there have been 2 rumors circulating about CM Punk. Both of them are FAKE! The first was a photo going around of Punk in the crowd at NXT Takeover: Chicago. This was a photoshopped image of Punk sitting in the crowd at a UFC event.

The second was an announcement from an account claiming that CM Punk was participating in 5 Star Wrestling’s upcoming tournament.
The story was gaining some steam online but was quickly shot down by Dave Meltzer:

It appears as if this is a fake account that has done things like this in the past.

The account posted again that Punk would be on Facebook Live later on Sunday night. Make sure to be aware that this is false.
