We have a rumor to pass your way about Braun Strowman’s future on RAW. This comes via Tom Colohue of Sportskeeda.
According to Colohue, Strowman could be one of the people who benefit the most from Paul Heyman taking over RAW.
Here are what two different sources told Colohue about Braun:
“The idea is to get Strowman back to his roots as a monster, just destroying everything in his path. He hasn’t been used as effectively as he could be.”
“Heyman’s still the same guy who brought you ECW. He likes the technical style but he also likes big, destructive forces of nature. Braun is perfect for that.”
My Take: Strowman has been in a weird place (booking wise) over the past year. I would be interested to see him booked as a monster again. In my Summerslam predictions, I have Braun challenging Seth Rollins for the Universal Championship. This rumor seems to support that prediction.
