On Wednesday morning, news started to make the rounds that some female WWE stars were heading to Saudi Arabia for WWE Super Showdown. That includes Renee Young, Alexa Bliss, and Natalya.
This has gotten fans talking because Women haven’t been allowed to wrestle on the past few WWE PPV events in Saudi Arabia.
We have a rumor to pass your way about the original plans for a Women’s match at the event.
According to @Wrestlevotes, WWE was originally planning Nia Jax vs Natalya for Super Showdown. This was prior to Nia getting hurt:
If this is true, it looks like we could be getting Alexa vs Natalya at the event on Friday.
