According to a report from Inside The Ropes, this speculation is NOT true. They are reporting that Mickie is still an active performer on the RAW roster. Here is what the site wrote:

Inside The Ropes has learned that, in fact, those reports simply aren’t true. Mickie James is still an active performer in WWE and has been cleared to wrestle following an injury sustained in October.

My Take:

• I think that WWE could do a better job of using Mickie. It feels like she hasn’t done anything of substance in a long time.

2) Big NXT Call-Up Scrapped

According to @Wrestlevotes, an NXT Superstar was supposed to get called up on last week’s episode of Smackdown. This would have been in the storyline that involves Kevin Owens, Roman Reigns, and Jey Uso.
