Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Another WWE Superstar Is Switching Brands
According to John Pollock of POST Wrestling, Slapjack is moving from RAW to Smackdown. This comes after the news that Mia Yim is moving to the blue brand.
Here is what Pollock wrote:
POST Wrestling was able to confirm this news along with Slapjack (previously Shane Thorne) moving to SmackDown on the official roster.
In both cases, it is unknown if either will be retaining their characters of Reckoning and Slapjack, or given different personas.
My Take:
- I think that Slapjack is going to be a guy who gets lost in the shuffle now that Retribution has split up. I don’t see him succeeding on his own, at least right now.
4) New Possible Tag Team On RAW
On WWE The Bump, R-Truth was asked about Matt Riddle wanting to go after the RAW Tag Team Championships.
During this, Truth teased that he would be interested in teaming up with Riddle:
“Riddle me Truth, I am down with that! Y’all know I can still go.”
My Take:
- This would be a fun tag team. I would definitely give them a chance as they would be entertaining together.
