1) Daniel Bryan’s Future (Part 2)
Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline has confirmed the rumors that Daniel Bryan’s contract with WWE has legitimately expired.
He also reports that WWE is really pushing to try and get him re-signed. Here is an excerpt from F4WOnline.com on the situation:
Dave Meltzer has confirmed that Bryan’s contract expired this past Friday, and that WWE “is pushing hard for him to sign a new deal”.
Mike Johnson of PWinsider, added the following:
PWInsider has been told that internally, he has been officially removed from the company’s roster. The removal from the roster happened over the last 72 hours. We can confirm that as of this AM, there are no current creative plans for Bryan but the two sides are still talking. We have been unable to confirm whether he is still locked into a separate deal for the Total Bellas reality series.
My Take:
- Daniel Bryan is going to get PAID. I think that WWE is going to offer him a massive deal to keep him from jumping elsewhere. Get your popcorn ready.
