3) UFC Star Confirms Talks With WWE
Daniel Cormier was recently interviewed by Sports Illustrated. During this, he confirmed that he has been in contact with WWE about potentially joining the company.
Here is what Cormier said:
“We’ve been talking. We’ve spoken to some of the people over there in very, very early conversations. WWE is a company I’ve watched and loved my entire life.
“Put me at the commentary table. Let me call the matches for six months and tell you how great these wrestlers are in the ring. I would love that, and I wouldn’t be faking it. WWE is something I’ve loved my entire life.”
My Take:
- Cormier would be amazing on commentary. I am a big fan of his work in the UFC and I think that he would also be great for WWE.
2) Lince Dorado Teasing A Change?
Lince Dorado of Lucha House Party recently had a cryptic post on social media. He posted “goodbye” with a photo of his mask.
This has led to fans speculating about if he is changing up his gimmick or leaving WWE:
My Take:
- Lince is a talented guy but I just don’t think Lucha House Party has helped him or the rest of the guys in the faction. I feel like they should break the group up and see how they can do on their own.
