Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Backstage Note On Braun Strowman
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE is interested in bringing back Braun Strowman to the company but at a lower contract than what he was earning before.
Here is what Meltzer wrote:
“They’re interested in having Strowman back at a lower price, but who knows what things will happen. I guess he’s signed up to do a show in Qatar, so he’s doing some indies, so he’ll get a big payday off that.”
My Take:
- I could see Braun coming back. We will have to wait and see.
4) Bray Wyatt Was Said To Be Very Protective Of His Character
According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select (subscribe here), Bray Wyatt grew to become very protective of his character in WWE. This comes after some poor booking decisions from the company.
Here is what Sapp wrote:
The creative team had been relayed that Wyatt was getting protective of his character after what were seen as poor creative decisions and ideas thrown his way, though many members of the team didn’t speak to Wyatt directly
My Take:
- Hard to blame Bray. There were a lot of bad booking decisions involving him over the years.
