5) Faction Reuniting At Wrestlemania 36?
Mike Johnson of PWInsider is reporting that WWE is bringing in former WWE stars Brodus Clay and Ariane “Cameron” Andrew for Wrestlemania 36 weekend. Here is what Johnson wrote:
Beyond the four names we reported yesterday, PWInsider.com can exclusively also confirm that WWE has booked Brodus Clay and Ariane “Cameron” Andrew for the weekend, setting the stage for a potential reunion with current Smackdown star Naomi, who was paired with Andrew as the The Funkadactyls tag team while also linked with Clay during his time in WWE.
This has led to speculation that Brodus and Cameron could reunite with Naomi in some form during Wrestlemania 36 weekend. The trio worked together as a faction for a few years on WWE television.
My Take:
- Maybe WWE is bringing them in for Naomi’s Wrestlemania entrance or celebration? That is the only thing I can think of because I would be surprised to see Brodus or Cameron returning to WWE on a full-time basis.
4) Potential Hint On The Plans For Charlotte Flair & Becky Lynch Before Wrestlemania 36
The Capital One Arena in Washington is advertising a WWE women’s tag team title match for the March 9th episode of Monday Night RAW. The match being advertised is Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch vs The Kabuki Warriors. Here is what the website lists:
RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and 2020 Royal Rumble Winner Charlotte Flair
vs WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions The Kabuki Warriors!
This is not an advertisement from their feud several months ago as it has “2020 Royal Rumble winner Charlotte Flair” mentioned. That means it was updated recently and could be a hint at what WWE is planning for Becky and Charlotte prior to Wrestlemania 36.
My Take:
- I could see this match happening during an upcoming episode of RAW. I could also see Shayna Baszler interfering and attacking Becky during it to further their storyline.
