3) Davey Boy Smith Jr’s Status
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Dave Boy Smith Jr. is in “hurry up and wait” mode right. He is still with WWE but there are no plans for him right now.
Here is what Smith said:
Where did Davey Boy Smith Jr. go? Nowhere. He signed with WWE but is yet to be officially assigned to a brand. So, he’s in “hurry up and wait” mode, but he’s 100% with the company.
My Take:
- I could see him making getting selected in the WWE Draft. We will have to wait and see I guess.
2) Scrapped Wrestlemania 37
Becky Lynch was recently interviewed by Alex McCarthy. During this, it was revealed that Becky was originally in talks to face Bayley at Wrestlemania 37.
Here is what McCarthy Tweeted:
Becky Lynch just told me she was originally good to go for WrestleMania and it was discussed she’d face Bayley.
That didn’t happen (obviously) and then she was meant to return in October before WWE called her the week of SummerSlam.
My Take:
- That would have been great. Too bad that it didn’t happen.
