Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Backstage Note On Chad Gable
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Chad Gable has a lot of friends that are encouraging him to leave WWE.
Here is what Meltzer said:
“Chad Gable is fantastic. He’s so fantastic and they do so nothing with him. He was one of those guys where I would go ‘God get out of there’ but you know. It’s been talked about but I don’t think it’s gonna happen. It has been talked about and he’s definitely has had friends telling him the same thing and I know it’s been one of those things that’s under consideration but I don’t think he’s going anywhere.”
My Take:
- At this point, I won’t be surprised if Gable leaves. He hasn’t been booked well since NXT it feels like.
4) Backstage Note On WWE Firing Ring Announcer
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Greg Hamilton has been released by WWE. He has worked as a ring announcer for the company for the past several years.

Several days ago, Hutson took issue with the fact that rapper Westside Gunn was using a sample of his voice, stating on Instagram that WWE’s lawyers would sue Gunn on his behalf.
Several PWInsider readers pointed out Hutson has removed WWE from his Twitter handle and made the account private. In checking into why, PWInsider.com learned he was released.
