Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Why RAW Underground Was Canceled
According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select (subscribe here), RAW Underground was scrapped this week because WWE is short on talent.
WWE has been dealing with a COVID-19 outbreak, which means that a bunch of people in the company are currently in quarantine. They usually tape RAW Underground in advance but they were unable to this week due to a lack of numbers.
My Take:
- Based on this news, it sounds like RAW Underground has not been canceled and it will likely come back next week. I have been decently enjoying it, so I am fine with that.
4) The NXT Mystery Return
WWE has been teasing that a former NXT Champion will be returning this upcoming weekend at NXT Takeover: 31.
After Robert Roode’s return to RAW this week, fan speculation is now that Bo Dallas will be the surprise. Before RAW, many fans were speculating that it would be either Roode or Dallas as the surprise.
My Take:
- I really hope that it is Bo. He is a talented guy and I would like to see him get a singles run in NXT.
