Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Why Jessamyn Duke Is Not Teaming With Marina Shafir
WWE recently posted the bracket for the Women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Many fans were confused when Marina Shafir was not teaming up with Jessamyn Duke.
According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select (subscribe here), Duke is currently working for WWE as a content creator. Here is what Sapp wrote:
Duke was a full-time game streamer when she was hired by WWE, and effectively creates digital content full time for WWE now, and was said to have preferred that role over wrestling in the current climate.
My Take:
- Seems like a pretty solid deal for Duke.
4) Jason Jordan’s Future
According to Chad Gable On WWE The Bump, Jason Jordan is still working to try and get back into the ring. Jordan has been working as a producer for WWE for the past few years after suffering a neck injury.
Here is what Gable said about Jordan:
“It’s unfortunate what happened to him with his injury but you never say never. He’s working on it, he’s trying to get back and who knows? A reunion is always something that I would never be against.”
My Take:
- I would love to see Jordan back but only if it will be completely safe and not cause him any long-term harm. Jordan and Gable were an amazing tag team and I would like to see them back together.
