1) Cody Rhodes’ New WWE Contract
Cody Rhodes was interviewed on The Ringer Wrestling Show after his return at Wrestlemania 38. During this, Cody revealed that he has signed a multi-year contract with WWE. He also noted that this contract is full-time and he won’t be a part-time talent.
Here is what Cody said:
“It’s maybe the most complex document or contract ever drawn up in the history of our game, but full commitment, full multi-year commitment, not a part time deal. It’s back to what I used to do every day on the road. These people were wonderful enough to get me a bus so that my family could be with me, and I got everyone, all of them, here tonight. So they bet on me, so I’m gonna bet on WWE, and I’m really looking forward to it.”
My Take:
- Nice to see that Cody is going to be a full time guy. I am excited to see him feud with guys like Roman Reigns, Kevin Owens, and more.
