3) Omos To Debut In The Royal Rumble?
AJ Styles was recently interviewed on The Bump. During this, he teased Omos’ in-ring debut possibly happening in the Royal Rumble match.
Here is what he said (via Sportskeeda):
“Omos is just showing you guys a taste of what he can do. He is much more than just a guy who can throw a Karate kid 7-foot high. He’s much more than that. We’ve got a lot more to show yet. Who knows what’s gonna happen next. You know, the Royal Rumble is around the corner. Think about that.”
My Take:
- Omos in the Rumble would be fun. I could see someone eliminating him and AJ Styles from the match to start a feud with them for Wrestlemania 37.
2) Upcoming Documentaries Produced By WWE/ A&E
On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer spoke about some of the WWE and A&E documentaries that are being planned. This includes ones that focus on legends like Stone Cold Steve Austin, Booker T, Bret Hart, and more.
Here is what Meltzer said:
“I don’t know when they’re gonna air, but I think there’s eight that have to be ready by late April I think is the day. And I don’t know all of them, but I know several of them. I know Steve Austin, Booker T, Mick Foley, Ultimate Warrior, Bret Hart, I think there’s Randy Savage. I’m not sure who else, but there’s eight, I know that.”
My Take:
- I am down for all of those. I love me a good documentary about WWE legends.
