Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Backstage Note On Braun Strowman
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE has interest in bringing back Braun Strowman.
Here is what Meltzer wrote:
There is interest in bringing Strowman back especially after recent AEW signings
My Take:
- I would like to see Braun back. The rumor mill suggests that the only reason he got cut was due to his big contract, so I could see WWE wanting him to return on a cheaper deal.
4) Backstage Update On Randy Orton
According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select (subscribe here), there is hope that Randy Orton will be returning for the August 2nd episode of Monday Night RAW.
Here is what Sapp wrote:
There are said to be no issues between Orton and the company, and the hope is from all sides that he’ll be back in time for the August 2 episode of WWE Raw.
My Take:
- I am looking forward to seeing more from Orton and Matt Riddle together. I am loving their partnership and I hope that Orton doesn’t end up turning on him.
