According to Oddschecker, Becky Lynch is the current favorite to win the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble match at 6 to 1 odds.
Big E is the current betting favorite to win the men’s Royal Rumble match at 8 to 1 odds.
My Take:
- Becky would be a great choice and I could see it happening. I am not sure about Big E. I would love to see that happen but I don’t know if WWE would pull the trigger on it.
2) Braun Strowman Is Asking For A Lot Of Money For Post-WWE Bookings
According to Mike Johnson of PWinsider, Braun Strowman is asking for a lot of money from independent promotors. This comes after he was released by WWE last week.
Here is what Johnson wrote:
We have heard from independent promoters that reached out to Braun Strowman that the asking price is currently in the five figure range. We are told that Strowman is pretty set financially and doesn’t need to immediately run out and do bookings, but if a promoter comes along and meets the right price, that’s a different story.
My Take:
- I am not going to fault Strowman for knowing his worth. He likely doesn’t need the money and can ask whatever he wants.
