5) WWE Changed Their Plans For Roman Reigns At The Royal Rumble
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE was originally considering doing Daniel Bryan vs Roman Reigns at the Royal Rumble PPV.
This has now changed as Daniel declared himself for the Royal Rumble match and Roman looks to be facing off against Kevin Owens at the event.
Bryan announcing himself for the Rumble is notable only because at one point Reigns vs. Bryan was considered for the Rumble show
My Take:
- I am happy with Roman vs Kevin at the Rumble. Hopefully, that now means Roman vs Daniel will happen at Wrestlemania 37.
4) New Men’s Royal Rumble Match Favorite
Speaking of Daniel Bryan, he is the new betting favorite to win the men’s Royal Rumble match.

— Keith Lee (9 to 2)
— Big E (9 to 2)
— Brock Lesnar (6 to 1)

My Take:
- This is interesting as Big E has been the favorite for a long time. Bryan vs Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 37 sounds good to me.
