5) Backstage Note On The WWE Draft (Part 1)
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, several Superstars learned of their brand placements via social media during the WWE Draft.
Here is what Johnson wrote:
We have heard from several who claimed they learned after the moves hit social media.
My Take:
- Looks like some Superstars learned their placements at the same time as us fans did.
4) Backstage Note On The WWE Draft (Part 2)
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, a source in WWE defended not telling Superstars their draft placements beforehand. They say it isn’t a big deal because the changes won’t happen for a few weeks.
Here is what Johnson wrote:
In speaking to one WWE source, they defended the company, noting that the moves won’t take effect for several weeks, so it wasn’t as if someone “found out on Saturday they were now traveling to Raw at the last second.”
My Take:
- I get the argument. I would still like to know in advance before the fans do but that might just be me.
