Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) The Status Of UK Takeover: Dublin
NXT UK Takeover: Dublin was pushed back to October due to COVID-19. The event was originally supposed to take place in April. We have some bad news to pass your way for any UK fans.
Triple H noted on the post-Takeover media call that Takeover: Dublin may be pushed back for a second time:
My Take:
- That would be a bummer but would make sense. I want the event to happen in front of the rowdy Dublin fans.
4) Match Planned For Payback
According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select (subscribe here), WWE is planning Matt Riddle vs King Corbin for the upcoming Payback PPV.
Riddle and Corbin have been feuding for a while now and this will be their first singles match against one another.
My Take:
- If it does happen at Payback, I would have Riddle win. I don’t want to see him lose his first PPV match on the WWE main roster.
