3) More On The WWE Releases (Part 2)
According to Sean Ross Sapp on Twitter, WWE releasing Superstars from 205 Live was not the plan for further emphasizing the Cruiserweight division on NXT.
Here is what he Tweeted:
I can tell you that gutting 205 Live was not one of the plans NXT had to further emphasize the Cruiserweight division
My Take:
- I still think WWE has enough talent that the Cruiserweight division can thrive. 205 Live looks bleak but there are still a lot of great potential challengers for KUSHIDA.
2) Update On Rumors About Bruce Prichard
According to Ringside News, the rumor going around that Bruce Prichard has been replaced from the WWE creative team is incorrect.
Here is what the site wrote:
Ringside News has been sent several rumors that Bruce Prichard was removed from the creative team. We can confirm this is not the case. A tenured member of the writing team has told us that Prichard has not been replaced.
It was explained to us that Bruce Prichard is not a “head writer” in the first place. He is the executive director and there is a “big difference, at least the way Bruce does it.” The rumor is that Prichard was replaced by Mike Heller, but that did not happen.
My Take:
- Bruce seems to have thrived since returning to WWE. I am glad that he has found success in both this and his podcast.
