1) The Plans For The Next Takeover Special After Summerslam Weekend
The next Takeover special will be taking place on August 22nd, which is one night prior to Summerslam. According to a new report, WWE already has some plans in place for the next Takeover special after Summerslam weekend.
According to Mike Johnson on his PWInsider Elite audio show, WWE is planning their next Takeover special for Sunday, October 4th.
No name or location was mentioned by Johnson. All he knows right now is that they are planning this show for early October.
My Take:
- I could see this one being a stand-alone PPV, without it being before a WWE PPV. I also wonder if WWE will do some sort of theme for this show. We will have to wait and see.
