3) Rusev’s Current Contract Status
According to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, Lana has signed a new five-year contract with WWE.

While Lana is locked in long-term, Rusev has apparently not re-signed with the company:
Sources tell us the WWE star recently came to terms with the company on a new 5-year agreement that both sides are happy with and this week she officially put pen to paper.
Rusev, however, has not yet signed a new deal. We’re told “The Bulgarian Brute” is still in the midst of ongoing discussions relating to a new contract.
My Take: I think that Rusev will re-sign but he is trying to get more money out of WWE. I can’t blame him on that one.
2) More On NXT’s Future
According to Mike Johnson of PWinsider, NXT will not be leaving Full Sail University until March 2020 at the earliest.
Here is what he wrote:
Since WWE NXT won the battle for “brand supremacy” at Survivor Series over the weekend, PWInsider.com has received a slew of emails asking whether that was step one in putting the NXT brand on the road and broadcasting out of larger venues on Wednesday nights.
As of this writing, the answer to that question is no.
PWInsider.com has confirmed with multiple sources that NXT remains contractually locked into regular Wednesday night dates at Full Sail Live in Winter Park, Florida through the end of March 2020. So, if WWE was planning on pulling the trigger and taking NXT out on the road, it’s not going to happen immediately.
My Take: I haven’t minded the Full Sail setting but I get the argument that the show would look better in bigger buildings.
