5) WWE Rejects Charlotte Flair’s Storyline Pitch
Charlotte Flair was recently interviewed by TV Insider. During this, Charlotte revealed that she has pitched WWE on doing an on-screen relationship involving her and Andrade.
WWE has rejected the idea so far. Here is what she said:
“I’ve actually pitched that. I would be very much open to that. I’ve done a lot in my career, but nobody has seen me in an on-cam relationship, or in that light. I can come across cold on TV
My Take:
- I actually think that this would be a fun route to go and would be a great change of pace for Charlotte. This would allow Charlotte to be involved with storylines outside of the RAW Women’s Championship picture, which a lot of fans would be happy about.
4) Why Bad Bunny Has Been Getting A Lot Of TV Time
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE has been using Bad Bunny a lot on RAW because they think he will help increase TV ratings. This is because Bad Bunny has been a major social media draw for the company so far, within the Hispanic community.
Here is what Meltzer said:
“They think that the longer Bad Bunny is out there, the more Hispanics are going to watch. He does do well on YouTube. He does really well on YouTube.”
My Take:
- I have been loving both Bad Bunny and Damian Priest so far. Seems smart by WWE to try and attract new fans.
