5) Update On Evolution 2
According to Alex McCarthy of talkSport, Asuka was always planned as the surprise guest on ‘A Moment Of Bliss’ this past week. He also says that Evolution 2 is likely going to happen.

My Take:
- I am definitely still down for Evolution 2. There are plenty of great women’s matches that WWE could do at the event and it would be a fun network special.
4) Why The ‘Bar Fight’ Isn’t Happening At Extreme Rules
It was recently announced that the ‘Bar Fight’ between Sheamus and Jeff Hardy will be taking place on the next episode of Smackdown. This came as a surprise as it was heavily teased by WWE that this match would be taking place at the Extreme Rules PPV.
According to WrestlingNews.co, speculation is that WWE is doing this match on Smackdown to try and help improve ratings:
Although this hasn’t been confirmed, there’s speculation that WWE decided to move the Bar Fight from Extreme rules to SmackDown as a way to help SmackDown’s viewership numbers, which have been struggling.
It was reported this week that this is the same reason that WWE saved Big Show vs. Randy Orton in an unsanctioned match for Monday’s Raw.
My Take:
- I actually don’t mind this tactic by WWE. I would rather save a big match for Smackdown, rather than overloading a PPV event with 13 matches. That way, all of the matches get more time, instead of feeling rushed.
