Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Another Possible Match For Wrestlemania 36
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE has had Dolph Ziggler vs Otis on the books for Wrestlemania 36 for about a month now.
It is possible that WWE makes that match official on Smackdown this week. This also applies to King Corbin vs Elias, which was teased on Smackdown last week but not officially confirmed by WWE.
My Take:
- Otis vs Dolph Ziggler makes sense as an undercard match for Wrestlemania 36. I also wouldn’t mind seeing it on an upcoming episode of Smackdown if WWE can’t fit it on the card.
4) WWE Star Requests To Work With Bianca Belair
While speaking to Lillian Garcia for her Chasing Glory podcast, Naomi revealed that she has told WWE she wants to work with Bianca Belair.
This could either be a match against one another. Or, it could be them forming a tag team:
“Hell yeah! I’ve already tried to put that bug in their ear, but we’ll see. Whether it’s together, or against each other, I think character-wise, it would be great.”
My Take:
- I would definitely be down for Naomi and Bianca working together. In my predictions for the 2020 Superstar Shake-Up, I have Bianca moving to Smackdown, which would set that up.
