5) WWE Signs Independent Star
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Anthony Henry has signed with WWE.
Here is what Johnson wrote about the signing:
WWE has signed indie talent Anthony Henry.
Henry has been rumored to be signing with WWE for several months now. He finished up with Premiere Wrestling Xperience over the weekend and had a farewell at the show, then tweeted a goodbye to the promotion on Twitter. PWInsider has confirmed that Henry has signed with WWE, and is headed to begin training at the WWE Performance Center ahead of his eventual WWE NXT debut.
My Take:
- Seems like another good signing for WWE. I am interested to see how he does.
4) Triple H’s Future
According to Cageside Seats, Triple H is not expected to return for another match anytime soon. This comes after his recent match against Randy Orton did not have a clean finish.
Here is what the site wrote about Triple H:
Triple H’s recent return and match on Raw isn’t expected to lead to anything more and he’s back on the sidelines indefinitely.
My Take:
- I am fine with Triple H only showing up once a year to wrestle. He has proved that he can still go in the ring when needed.
