5) Why The Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal Was Moved To Smackdown
The Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal was moved from Wrestlemania 37 to Smackdown. This came as a surprise to many fans as the event has been a staple of Wrestlemania for several years now.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, this was done because WWE wants each night of Wrestlemania 37 to stay under 3-and-a-half hours.
My Take:
- I am fine with this. I am just glad that they didn’t scrap the battle royal completely and we still get to see it.
4) Bayley To Be Involved At Wrestlemania 37?
Bayley was recently interviewed by talkSPORT. During the interview, Bayley was asked about not having a match at Wrestlemania 37.
Her response has led to speculation that she still may take part in the event in some form. Here is what she said:
“Even if there was something, I don’t know if I would tell you guys to spoil it. But yeah, it’s OK. I’ll be here for a long time. I might just jump the barricade and steal my own moment if they won’t give me one. I’ll just steal it.”
My Take:
- I would love to see Bayley play a role in the event in some form. She had an awesome year and I think she deserves to be on the card in some way. My hopes are up.
