5) WWE Promised Bobby Lashley A Big Match
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Bobby Lashley was told when he re-signed with WWE that he would be getting a match against Brock Lesnar.
Here is what Meltzer said:
“You know when Bobby Lashley came in he was told that he was going to get Brock and that was years ago, and it just never materialized. They just never got around to it. It’s not that they couldn’t do it, they just never got around to it.”
My Take:
- I could definitely see this happening at a big event in the future. Lashley vs Lesnar seems like a money feud that WWE will want to explore.
4) Speculation On The Plans For The Fiend
According to Cageside Seats, the speculation going around is that The Fiend will make his return at the Fastlane PPV. This will be during the match between Alexa Bliss and Randy Orton.

The heavy speculation going around is that Bray Wyatt will finally make his return at Fastlane this coming Sunday night.
My Take:
- This would make sense as a way to set up The Fiend vs Randy Orton at Wrestlemania 37. That seems to be where we are heading.
