3) Match Planned For Wrestlemania 38
According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline, WWE is going to be doing Queen Zelina and Carmella vs Sasha Banks and Naomi at Wrestlemania 38. This will be for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles.
Here is what Meltzer said:
As was teased on Smackdown, the official listings for WrestleMania does have Queen Zelina & Carmella defending the women’s tag tiles against Naomi & Sasha Banks.
My Take:
- I could see them adding another team or two. We will have to wait and see.
2) ‘Smoke & Mirrors’ Match Planned For Wrestlemania 38
According to Dave Meltzer of F4Wonline, Vince McMahon vs Pat McAfee at Wrestlemania 38 will be a ‘smoke and mirrors’ type of match.
Here is what Meltzer wrote:
Regarding the Vince McMahon vs. Pat McAfee match at WrestleMania, the match was confirmed to be on the books for the lineup. So when McMahon goes on McAfee’s show, it is an angle to build a match. Vince is 76 years old and while he will be advertised for a match, we’re told it will be complete smoke and mirrors event. As noted many times, they have more than 20,000 tickets unsold for both nights so things like McMahon, Steve Austin and anything they can roll out with people with name value will be pushed.
My Take:
- This probably means that WWE will advertise the hell out of Vince wrestling and then he will have someone like Austin Theory step in for him.
