AEW’s first episode on TNT will be on October 2nd in Washington. A major match confirmed for the episode is Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks vs Chris Jericho and two mystery partners.
We have some rumors to pass your way about Jericho’s potential partners for the match.
In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (subscribe here), Dave Meltzer noted three names who are heavily rumored for the roles.
The first name mentioned by Meltzer was PAC (aka Neville in WWE). PAC was originally supposed to wrestle at AEW’s Double Or Nothing event. His match against Adam ‘Hangman’ Page ended up being removed from the card.
Other names mentioned by Meltzer as being rumored for the role are LAX. The faction is best known for their time with IMPACT Wrestling. Meltzer notes that if they were to come into AEW, an obvious program would be between them and the Young Bucks.
