Rusev Wants An Answer From Shane McMahon

A few weeks ago, Rusev appeared in a pre-taped segment on Smackdown Live, demanding a WWE Title shot from Smackdown Commissioner: Shane McMahon. He said that he won’t accept his move from RAW to Smackdown Live (in the Superstar Shake-Up), unless he is given a title shot at Money In The Bank.

As noted prior, Rusev has been on the shelf for a few months as he recovers from shoulder surgery. It is rumored that he will be fully healed in the next few weeks.

Rusev says that he is coming to Smackdown Live next week (May 16th) to get an answer from Shane in person:

“Two weeks ago, I demanded that Shane McMahon gives me a WWE title opportunity at Money in the Bank or else I’ll just walk, I’ll go right back home. And since I’ve made my demand, I have heard from the SmackDown LIVE commissioner. I don’t like being ignored. That’s even more disrespectful than turning me down. I want an answer – and I’ll get one when I come to SmackDown LIVE… next week”

Seems like WWE is pushing Rusev into the World Title picture…. Can’t say that I am too upset about it! Talented individual!
