Sami Zayn Comments On What He Thinks His Wrestlemania 33 Involvement Will Be

Sami Zayn was recently interviewed by the Mirror. He spoke on a wide variety of topics surrounding his WWE career so far. One of the most interesting parts was when he was asked if he thinks (or knows) he will have any involvement at Wrestlemania 33.

According to Sami, he still doesn’t know if he will be on the Wrestlemania 33 card with his current feud involving Samoa Joe.

Here is what he said:

“To be honest I really don’t know. This time of year is so crazy and WrestleMania is so big and there are always these marquee matches, so real estate is really tight on WrestleMania. So I don’t know what I will be doing. Right now I’m involved with Samoa Joe, whether that will carry on to WrestleMania, I really don’t know, it remains to be seen. The card for WrestleMania is always changing”

If we are putting on our speculation hat here, could him and Samoa Joe be the back-up plan in case Seth Rollins can’t wrestle a full match at Wrestlemania 33 against Triple H? Could easily see WWE making a tag team match (Samoa Joe and Triple H vs Seth Rollins and Sami Zayn) to take some of the stress off Seth’s knee.

If not, Sami could be used in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
