Brian Gewirtz
Gewirtz wasn’t a star in front of the camera for WWE but he served as the company’s head writer for several years. It appears as if he pissed off Scott Steiner in some way.
Steiner took aim at Brian Gewirtz in an interview with What Culture, where he was talking about WWE’s creative process:
“Back in the day when Macho Man and those guy did their own interviews and everything. Now it’s a bunch of cookie cutters. Now you have 2-3 writers writing f*cking interviews for everyone. You have Brian Gewirtz, a little midget who probably never got any p***y in his life and he’s trying to tell people how to be cool. Give me a f–king break.”
Safe to say Steiner wasn’t a big fan of his writing during his time in WWE.
Shawn Michaels
Another WWE star that Steiner despises is Shawn Michaels. Over the years, Steiner has been vocal in his dislike for HBK.
In an interview with the Baltimore Sun, Steiner had some unfavorable things to say about the ‘Heartbreak Kid’ Shawn Michaels. In the interview he calls Michaels a coward:
“Shawn Michaels is one of those wise-cracking guys who would say a smart comment to you, but then if you face him, he would run and cry somewhere. That’s exactly what happened one time when he was cutting down the Harris Brothers – I think it was Don Harris. Finally, he had enough”
Steiner continued:
“He waited until Shawn Michaels got in the room, kicked everybody out of the room, shut the door, grabbed him by the neck and was going to pound the [heck] out of him. A tear came down his eye. He turned around, started laughing and walked out. That is Shawn Michaels in a nutshell”
Like Stephanie, we can probably assume that this hatred had a bit to do with his association with Triple H. Steiner was also in WWE back in the early 1990’s when Michaels was known as a bit of a dick backstage.
