Seth Rollins was the guest on this weeks WWE.com interview with Michael Cole. He sat down to talk about a wide variety of topics surrounding his match against Finn Balor at Summerslam for the newly created WWE Universal Championship. Below are some of the highlights from the interview.
Here were the highlights:
-He says that he was proud to be selected number one overall in the WWE Draft a couple weeks ago. He asks if there was really any other option? Some people will say it was because of his relationship with Stephanie but everyone knows it was best for business.
-He says that he earned his spot (a bye into the Summerslam match for the newly created WWE Universal Championship) based on his past achievements.
-He says that him vs Finn Balor is a dream match based on everything they both have accomplished. He is really looking forward to it.
-He says he does respect Finn based on everything he has accomplished and his talent. He says respect only gets you so far. He believes that he is the man, the best in the world. Summerslam will be another check mark on his Hall of Fame career.

-He says it doesn’t matter if Finn Balor comes out as the demon or as himself. He is Seth Rollins and that is all that matters. He is not afraid of the Demon or of Balor.
-He says he is going to walk out as the WWE Universal Champion to end the interview.
