Seth Rollins Comments On Wanting Revenge On Triple H, What Stipulation He Wants Their Match To Be

It has been rumored for months that Seth Rollins would be taking on Triple H at Wrestlemania 33. This comes after Triple H cost Rollins the chance at the WWE Universal Title several months ago. We have seen Seth Rollins call out Triple H on RAW for a number of weeks. We haven’t heard anything from Triple H until his music hit on RAW, costing Rollins a spot in the Royal Rumble match.

Seth recently participated in a conference call to promote the 2017 Royal Rumble. Here are some of the highlights.

On facing Triple H:

“I have been calling him out on television and social media and can’t seem to get anything from him, so maybe he is comfortable in his suit and sitting in his penthouse. Maybe The Game, The Cerebral Assassin, the guy that wielded the sledgehammer is done and gone – we’ll see if he is the man and if he has the cojones to answer me and protect his legacy”

Seth says that when they do face off, he wants it to be a no-disqualification match:

“One way or another I am going to get my hands on him – whether it’s in the ring, backstage or at WWE headquarters. I am going to find a way to make him pay for what he did to me. He deserves everything that comes to him and more and I would like a no disqualification match because I don’t want anyone telling me what I can and can’t do when it comes to getting revenge. There is some unfinished business and sooner or later we are going to get around to it – whether it’s at WrestleMania, before or after”

Our take: I think this should be a pretty great match. This was likely the Wrestlemania match that was suppose to happen last year until Seth was injured. I think WWE will do a great job building it up over the next few months and raise the tensions even more. Hopefully it ends with Seth picking up a big winner over Triple H on the ‘Grandest Stage Of Them All’.
