Seth Rollins recently sat down with Michael Cole, a week away from opportunity to reclaim the WWE Heavyweight Championship from Roman Reigns. Seth never lost the title but was forced to vacate it due to injury several months ago. Here were the highlights of the WWE’s Seth Rollins interview:

How is the knee holding up?
- He says the knee is ready to go and he wouldn’t be here or in the title match if it wasn’t 100%.
How much does it bother you that you never lost the title but were forced to vacate it?
- He says since it was taken from him, he has though of nothing else but rehabbing and winning his title back. He says he missed WrestleMania. He couldn’t defend his title at WrestleMania, he was forced to watch someone else win HIS title. 7 months later he is still as obsessed as the first day he got hurt to win his title back that he never lost.
Does it not bother you that you turned your back on your friends (The Shield) and have no remorse?
- He says no. Why would it bother him? He says he took a risk that no one else was willing to take and it put him right where he wanted to be. He says he wants to be the greatest of all time and that requires sacrifices. It doesn’t matter if it is friends or family, whatever it takes to get to the top he is going to take it.
Are you scared of Roman Reigns?
- He would love to know why he thinks he would be afraid of him? It is called strategy (attacking him from behind). He says he held his hand during his time with the Shield. The bottom line is that he has never beaten him and he has no reason to be afraid of him.

You can’t deny that he has done a great job defending the title?
- He says that he has done a great job but you might as well call that the interim championship. He was the champion when he got hurt and he got it taken away from him.
If he will admit that he needed help when he was champion?
- He says that this is a chess game and if you are not the best or the master than you are going to get trapped. He says that will be Roman’s downfall on Sunday.
Will you leave Money In the Bank with the title?
- By hook or by crook. Since the day he got hurt he has thought of nothing else but winning his title back. He guarantees that he will be walking out of Vegas as the WWE Heayweight Champion.
