It was big news a few weeks ago in the wrestling world when WWE cancelled ‘Talking Smack’ (as a weekly show) on the WWE Network. The show was a favorite of many fans and there was a bit of an uproar after the news dropped.

It appears as if WWE has also cancelled several other shows over the past few weeks. Here are some of the details on the recent cancellations of WWE Network shows.
Renee Young confirmed on Twitter that ‘Unfiltered’ has been cancelled.
Edge confirmed on a recent episode of his podcast that the ‘Edge & Christian Show’ was cancelled in the middle of filming the second season. Here is what he said when asked about the show:
“Probably not, because I think our show is too expensive for them and from a timing perspective I think it’s going to be hard. We wrote an entire season, started to film it, got some really good stuff in the can, but I think with the Network cutbacks and everything I just don’t think it’s going to happen”
Also, Dave Meltzer confirmed on Wrestling Observer Radio that R-Truth’s game show has been cancelled. There was a report several months back that WWE had greenlit a game show that was going to be hosted by R-Truth. The show reportedly is getting the axe after the pilot episode was filmed.
