Naomi for sure. It’s too early to give it to Lana even under WWE logic.
Lana is there by default. They did’t want to take one of the stars out of MITB to feed to Naomi, but Naomi needed a match, and Lana needed a big debut after they’d been hyping her so much.
I see a lot of people on Twitter pretty much bashing Naomi as a champion. They say underhanded things like how can WWE expect their women’s division to be great when Naomi and Alexa are champions and I just don’t think that that is fair to her. I think she’s awesome and she’s athletic and that it’s been a long time coming. Thoughts?
now a days it’s such a convoluted time with fans and stuff and the big dis-connect with the product and fans that even when something really good or great happens it’s gonna get shitted on worse then Raw does on a Monday night

Naomi’s been a great champion, so has Alexa. They’ve both worked hard to get where they are and they’re running with this opportunity. I think some of it is fan boredom, they always seem to to turn when a fan favorite gets the belt.
Naomi and Alexa have been great champions so far just look at Alexa she is a two time SmackDown champion and now the RAW women’s champion. Alexa went from a cheerleader and doing gymnastics to becoming a three time champion. Alexa was giving an opportunity when she got drafted to SmackDown and she hasn’t looked back ever since. Wrestling wise Alexa puts on good matches and love her character. Naomi on the other had has been one of the most underrated and overlooked wrestlers in the women’s division. She has been chasing both the divas and women’s title for 7 years and now she is a two champion. She is the most athletic in the division. So to say that people don’t like them as champions is because of the way they are booked weak product and just plain old fan disconnect

Mahal for me personally is so far not clicking as champ but I am giving WWE props for at least trying something new with creating a new main eventer only in this era can WWE get so much shit for trying to create a new main eventer
People like NXT but hate when they try to do NXT on the main roster cause what they are doing with Jinder is what they are doing in NXT making/building stars
It’s okay to take ideas from other places it’s been happening for years not just in wrestling but in TV, Movies, Sports etc etc it’s been going on for years
I think it would’ve been okay, if WWE hadn’t been so blatant in showing that this was a PR stunt and if they had either done more to build Mahal up or hadn’t been so heavy handed. Neither of which is Mahal’s fault.
