As you likely saw on Smackdown LIVE, the Usos turned heel after they lost to American Alpha. The Usos beat down Jason Jordan and Chad Gable after the match, leaving them both injured. Chad Gable got the worst of it as the Usos targeted his knee in their attack. It looks like they will be kept out of the Smackdown Tag Title match at Backlash as a result.

According to the report from WWE.com, Gable suffered an injury to his MCL and will be out of action for 2-4 weeks. The team that will face Rhyno and Slater will now be decided in a match between the Usos and the Hype Bros at Backlash.
