Some Changes Could Be Coming To The WWE Network

After Wrestlemania 34, WWE Co-Presidents George Barrios and Michelle Wilson hosted a conference call. They were asked a wide variety of financial topics about WWE.

During the call, they were asked about a potential premium tier of the WWE Network.

Barrios indicated that this is something that WWE is considering. Also, he says that it could happen “sooner rather than later”:

For those confused, this could mean that there will eventually be different price points for the WWE Network. For example, WWE could add an additional tier at a higher price point which features extra content. WWE has previous surveyed fans on the topic of a premium-priced tier of the WWE Network.

Details are obviously scarce at the moment but could be interesting.

Would you be interested in a premium-priced tier of the WWE Network?

  1. *sigh*

Some will defend it and maintain its capitalism.

I just think its another way to squeeze a couple more dollars out of their committed fan base.

Sidebar: who are the nuts that voted yes to paying more?
