Bayley and Sasha Banks are currently undergoing counseling on Monday Night RAW. This was ordered by Kurt Angle so that they can try to mend their friendship.

So what is WWE doing with this storyline? Let’s speculate a little bit on what this is all leading to.
My guess is that WWE is holding off on Sasha vs Bayley for Summerslam. The idea behind waiting seems to be to save the match for the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. This, of course, would be to play off of the history that Sasha and Bayley have in that arena. Both of them put on an incredible match at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn a few years ago. If they are only going to have one match against one another, it makes sense to save it for Brooklyn instead of doing it at Extreme Rules.
I am guessing that they will keep going to counseling over the next few weeks on RAW. After a few weeks, we will see them start brawling during one of the sessions after Bayley brings up her win at Takeover: Brooklyn. This brawl will lead to Kurt Angle stepping in and making their match at Summerslam official.
Their eventual match should be a lot of fun. They have a lot of chemistry with one another in the ring. I am hopeful that we will see WWE properly build the storyline over the next few weeks. I am also hopeful that WWE will give their match at Summerslam a solid amount of time.
