WWE has confirmed a triple threat match for Survivor Series involving the Women’s Champions. It will be Becky Lynch vs Shayna Baszler vs Bayley. I wanted to share my speculation on how I think that this match will go down.
Let’s start with the match quality. I am really looking forward to this triple threat and I think that it has a chance to be really good. This will be a great showcase for Shayna to main roster fans and I am expecting her to shine.
I have gone back-and-forth about who will win this match. In my predictions for Survivor Series, I originally had Becky winning the match after pinning Bayley. I have now changed my mind.
My prediction is that near the end of the match, Becky and Shayna will obsess over beating the other and will overlook Bayley. This will allow Bayley to pick up the sneaky win, with her pinning Becky.
Becky really doesn’t need the win here. She has been built up very strong by WWE and taking a loss while distracted won’t hurt her. Smackdown has the weaker Women’s division, so I think Bayley could use the win here more. It would also give her something to brag about over the next several weeks in her promos.
This finish will also plant the seeds towards a future feud between Shayna and Becky. In my mind, that is a money singles match that fans want to see. Shayna can also chirp Becky for being the one to lose the match.
