Seth Rollins and Team RAW came up short in the men’s elimination match at Survivor Series. Seth was the last man standing for his squad but he was eventually eliminated by Keith Lee. RAW ended up being the big loser of the night, only winning one match.
I wanted to share my speculation on the plans for Seth after Survivor Series. I have a pretty good feeling about who his next feud is going to be with.
On RAW this week, Seth is likely going to be pissed off after Team RAW had such a bad night at Survivor Series. I have a feeling that Seth is going to start feuding with Kevin Owens. During the men’s elimination match, you might remember that Owens was hesitant to attack any NXT stars. I have a feeling that Rollins is going to take that personally and say that Owens ended up hurting the team.
I think that a Rollins and Owens feud would make sense for a few reasons. The first is that it was teased backstage at Survivor Series, where they exchanged some words before their match. Another reason is that Seth needs a good feud that doesn’t involve a Title. WWE is probably not going to do Seth vs Brock Lesnar again for the WWE Title, so Seth needs something else. Owens could be a solid option for him.
A feud between Owens and Rollins could be a fun route for WWE to go and it would make some sense from a storyline standpoint. I think that it is going to happen.
